Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavilion offers refuge to red meat lovers in a setting inspired by the wine cellars of the grandest Canadian château-style hotels. The restaurant is quite dark and features stone arches.

Feast on regional cuisine based on recipes from the provinces of Canada. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant features succulent prime rib and filet mignon from aged corn-fed beef, and pan-seared seafood, along with its signature dish, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. There is a selection of Canadian Beers and wines to accompany your meal.

Both lunch and dinner begins with breadsticks brought to your table. The various sticks are made of different grains, and represent some of the regions of Canada.

Chefs de France is a casual Brasserie/Restaurant nestled under the Eiffel Tower in the France Pavilion. Open for lunch and dinner, this highly rated restaurant features traditional French regional cuisine. Many tables have window seats so that you can watch the world pass by whilst you are eating. The restaurant itself is bright and open giving an impression of space. The tables all have clean white table covers typical of any top class Parisian restaurant.

Appetizers may consist of a classic onion soup or an Alsace specialty: flat bread baked with cream fraîche, onion and bacon.

Continue to the entrée course where menu selections change seasonally, but may include such delicacies as roasted duck with cherries or broiled salmon with green lentils and smoked bacon. Finish your meal with the Chefs de France signature crème brulée or the famous profiteroles topped with warm chocolate.

Nine Dragons Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and serves authentic traditional and modern cuisine from across China. Dine in a contemporary Asian setting rich with cultural and culinary treasures.

Meals at Nine Dragons begin with a variety of hot and cold appetizers, all of which are perfect for sharing, including several Dim Sum favorites:

Diners are greeted at the entrance by a stunning glass mural of two dragons chasing a glowing pearl. Extensively updated in 2008 to reflect a mixture of modernism and tradition, the bright and colorful dining room showcases delicately crafted glass artwork and warm rosewood wall panels—all accented by the romantic glow of Chinese lanterns.

Request a seat near one of the oversized windows that provides a sweeping view of World Showcase Lagoon and watch the pedestrians walking the promenade outside.

The Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room is in the United Kingdom Pavilion of the World Showcase. For lunch and dinner, find favorites from Great Britain, such as fish and chips, bangers and mash, and vegetable curry. Delicious desserts include Chocolate Scotch cake, apple crumble and Sticky toffee pudding.

Most of the inside of this pub is laid with dining tables but the area just inside the front, to the right of the reservations desk is more like a British pub with a bar and space for you to enjoy a 'quiet' drink.

And when the piano player arrives, raise a pint from the large selection of ales, lagers, ciders and stouts, as you sing along to lively English tunes.

It is always Twilight inside the Mexico pavilion and the scenery depicts a smoking volcano and pyramids. The ceiling is designed to look like the open sky. The restaurant is quite dark - table lanterns and the soft glow from the sky provide the lighting.

The boatride flows around the edge of the restaurant but the low lighting levels and the general arrangements mean that this does not intrude on the enjoyment of your dining experience

San Angel Inn restaurant features Mexican cuisine for lunch and dinner. This restaurant, modeled after a hacienda that dates back to 1692, serves dishes of chicken and beef doused in spicy chocolate mole sauces, seafood grilled or marinated in Spanish onions and avocado sauce, and tortilla chips slathered with melted cheeses.

After your entrée at San Angel Inn, select a homemade dessert, such as the vanilla custard in syrup, topped with roasted almonds, or the white chocolate and golden raisin bread pudding served with Mexican milk caramel.

The bistro is perfect place to celebrate any special occasions or just experience gourmet French cuisine in a quieter environment. The upscale Bistro de Paris restaurant is located upstairs—one flight above Chefs de France. Open for dinner only. There is a dress code so you will probably want to make this one to visit on a special occasion and not just at the end of a day running around the theme parks. At a minimum you should expect to wear a shirt and trousers/slacks with proper shoes.

The formal decor in Bistro de Paris captures the romance and elegance from turn-of-the-20th century Paris. Brass scones, milk-glass chandeliers and leaded glass adorn this quiet bistro.

From the à la carte menu, begin your meal at Bistro de Paris with a medley of familiar French appetizers: mussel soup, Mediterranean tuna tartar. The main dishes are rich selections, such as double-cut white veal chop, rack of lamb and filet mignon. The silky chocolate soufflé is a popular option for dessert. The A la Carte menu changes frequently to suite seasonably available produce.
